PIRATE GIRL

No kidding, she was wearing a pirate hat!

As Armand and I were leaving our favorite restaurant of choice, we passed a movie theater. That's when we spotted this girl waiting to see a movie...wearing, of all things, a pirate hat! And fashionable pirate style bootlets. (Hmm, I wonder what movie she was going to see?)

Obviously, this was our "mark." With our on-line pirate comic blog "El-Pacifico.blogspot" in full swing, it seemed the appropriate subject for us. If you haven't checked out our improvisational comic blog, you've got to check it out.

No idea but anyone that cute should be allowed into whatever movie she wants. I love all the new pirate stuff coming out. I even found a pirate show I didn't know existed yesterday. It is called "Pirates" of all titles. It has Walter Mathou playing redbeard. Kinda cool. Nice sketch Moe. Keep up the great work.

I saw your drawing first at your personal blog, when I saw the pirate hat I thought you might have made it up. But now I see !
Nice. Well done Marcelo !

Thanks for the comments.

Actually, there were two girls with pirate hats, the other one was sitting down and I couldn't get a good look at her.

I used to live in Vancouver, where I'd get to draw with a little draw jam group as well. We hooked up every Sunday.
I miss it a lot, but don't have the time to start one in my new location.
None the less, it's really great to check this site out and see all your guys' work. It reminds me of the good old days.
You all have really great styles.
Very cool!
